This is a request form to be completed by the homeowner and submitted to the
Architectural Review Board (ARB) for approval BEFORE any work commences. 
Please refer to your Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions for a description of the ARB and its purpose.

You can fill this form out online and press the submit button below to send to the ARB for review.

Also, if you are adding a fence, or other structure,
your application needs to be mailed in with your plat survey.)

Note:  All requests must conform to all local Zoning and Building Regulations and you must obtain all necessary permits if your request is approved by the Architectural Review Board.
There is additional paperwork required for permits,
they will forwarded to you when your application is approved.
